  • Abstract
    A new low voltage DC-DC converter controller based on CMOS rail-to-rail current conveyors is presented. The controller is based on a pulse width modulator with dynamic duty ratio current control. PSpice simulations for the DC-DC converter and the current conveyor circuits are also given using 0.25 mum CMOS technology from TMSC MOSIS dual supply voltage plusmn1.5 V.
