Abstract :
The development of knowledge economy makes S&T innovation resources allocation become the key for S&T innovation, countries in the world pay more and more attention as well as give more and more support to national S&T innovation. From S&T innovation resources input and output viewpoints, this paper designs evaluation index system for regional S&T innovation resources allocation, and makes factor analysis and cluster analysis on S&T innovation resources allocation situation in technology innovation and industrialization of 31 districts in China, meanwhile it divides them into six categories, puts forward tactics for every category districts to develop their S&T innovation, the research of this paper can provide scientific reference and effective support for subjectively and properly making S&T innovation strategies and policies.
