Abstract :
In this paper, we have theoretically investigated the time delay (TD) signature in a mutually delay coupled semiconductor lasers (MDC-SLs) system. The results show that TD signature can be suppressed excellently and two chaotic sequences with very low TD signature can be concurrently generated. Furthermore, based on the evolution curve and the distribution map of TD signature in the parameter space, the optimum parameter scope of the TD signature concealment has also been specified.
