Abstract
Based on the economic analysis of urban road congestion pricing, game theory methods was applied for the analysis of car users travel behavior. The final game results indicated that car users would not take the initiative to choose other modes of transport, so we must have the involvement of traffic managers to solve the traffic congestion problem. Game analysis was further applied to analyze the relations between car users and traffic managers based on constructing consumer utility function, and the influencing factors of road congestion pricing were discussed. An algorithm of congestion pricing was designed based on game theory model. The results showed that the algorithm could compute congestion toll with the extent of road congestion, which might benefit the road congestion pricing and traffic management.
