Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation System of United Certified Public Accountants

In order to promote to the healthy development of the United Certified Public Accountants, this article uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, carries on the evaluation to the comprehensive strength of the United Certified Public Accountants, and designs the evaluation target system which has contained 5 one-level targets and 20 two-level of targets. Meanwhile, it has carried on the top-notch sorting taking the Chinese Shaanxi Province data as the example. This assessment method unifies quantitative with qualitative, and the conclusion is scientific and usability, has the reference value to the macroscopic management department.
