Abstract :
In this paper, the author try to analyze the distributor rank structure, firstly, the author put forward two hypothesis:the total of distributor that enterprise needs and the change proportion of distributor hierarchical structure appraised by enterprise are unchangeable. Then, the author construct a model based on Markov chain, providing for distributor hierarchical structure management. Lastly, the author introduce an example to forecast and control distributor rank structure. At the same time, some academic conclusions are drawn to improve distributor rank structure management.Yet there is not enough academic analysis concerned with distributor rank structure, the author think this paper have some academic value for further study.
