Abstract
Physical model was established to describe the chirped pulse amplification with hybrid-widened linewidth. Physical scheme of homogeneity and inhomogeneity widened linewidth were considered and discussed in detail by simple approximation solution of inversion population equation. Extraction efficiency by varying homogeneous linewidth, inhomogeneous linewidth, and cross relaxation time was discussed.
