Abstract
Video data are widely used on a network. However, an evaluation analysis of the basis for the use of the video data provided is hardly done. The evaluation that we suggest has been obtained by analyzing the log data of general users of a local government VOD system. Even though the conclusion comes from a specific area, we can expect its application in various directions it is based on the log data of general users
