Abstract :
By using a new model based on the dyadic Green´s function, fast and efficient predication of EMI/cross-talk between traces in a practice PCB is discussed. The results show that crosstalk predicted by the lump parameter method may cause large error even in the low frequency region. In addition, our model which is different from other electromagnetic models, gives accurate results, saves computation time, and is capable of dealing with PCBs with a vast amount of traces
