Minitrack on Innovation and Innovation Management

We are pleased with the increase in number of submissions for the minitrack. The submissions met the objectives set out for the minitrack - to bring together practice and theory for enhancing each other. The minitrack co-chairs express their heartfelt gratitude to the track chair Professor Hugh Watson and organizers of HICSS 40 for their support for the program. The selected papers represent practice in industries ranging from engineering services to aircraft manufacturing. They also report theory developed from significant observations from the practice world.
