Abstract :
Currently after the physical fitness check in the hospital, the results will be recorded in written form and saved in archives regularly. If people want to access them, or the healthcare personnel need them to conduct further data analysis, additional manpower are required to deal with. If the healthcare personnel need the interpretation with charts, additional software package on the market would be purchased. Therefore, this study applies HTML, AJAX, JavaScript and Flash technology to build a medical information platform, which integrates the expert system and web technology. It allows the physicians to diagnose and analyze the health checkup data on any device connected with Internet. It also displays the reports graphically and combines with the cloud computing concept. It is hoped to develop a platform in which the users could view the results of physical fitness checkup through the web browser, and the healthcare personnel could post the professional advices immediately through the cloud computing technology. Moreover, it is hoped to combine with the current national policies for the medical care information technology to share information and integrate resources gradually, so as to maximize the social welfare.
