Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
According to the water demand for water supply, Tongxiang city will construct a reservoir which will be taken as the strategy reserving water source. The reservoir has to meet the emerged water supply in a short time and taken as an adjusting pool drawing water from Taihu Lake in a long time. Thus, it has to study the water quality characteristics of the reservoir in order to prevent it from eutrophication. The hydrodynamic and water quality models are used to predict velocity and contaminant concentration distributions. The simulated results could provide a proof for the choice of drawing water, but also play an important role in the safety problem of drinking water quality.
