Abstract :
The contents of phthalates (PAEs) in seafood were studied by liquid chromatography spectrometry with matrix solid-phase dispersion. The samples were grinded with Florisil as dispersant sorbent and with graphitized carbon black as purificant and purified by ethyl acetate as eluting solvent, and then the samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography spectrometry. The result showed that the recoveries were from 84.6% to 106.1%, RSD was from 1.9 % to 6.3%, limit of detection of dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl-phthalate (DEP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) were 0.986ng, 0.899ng, 0.682ng, 1.892ng respectively.
