  • Abstract
This paper presents a concentration-conservative multiple sample injector. The stepwise flow was used to reduce dilution of the sample reagent while the reagent was injected into the sample collection outlet. By using CFD simulation, the concentration profile of the sample reagent was estimated. It was clearly shown that the concentration was kept in a sample outlet. For experimental evaluation, a sample injector was fabricated and the sample injection using stepwise flow was observed by a fluorescent measuring system.
