The uncertain and extreme hydrologic condition has produced great pollution risk for river and watershed. In this paper based on stochastic simulation method a stochastic BOD-DO differential model with no limits on the hydrologic and inflow statics probability distribution is developed to predicate the uncertainty and risk of river pollution. And the white noise in most stochastic water quality model is eliminated in this model. Aiming at the runoff character and pollutants outlet of Huai River, China, the gamma distribution of inflow was adopted as the random variables inputs. Through this model, the predicated pollutants concentration, the mean, and variance of each sections can be obtained, besides the probable concentration distribution of pollutants, relative pollution risk possibility and credibility of each concentration downstream were obtained under indefinite hydrologic conditions. The practical application results indicated this coupling stochastic simulation method can calculate probability density of pollution effectively with advantages of both deterministic and other stochastic simulation. It is important to go on the systematic river pollution control and regulation and to assess possible risk and indispensable for rational decision making under uncertain influences.
