Abstract
The purpose of study is the non-invasive imaging of temperature distribution by estimating the permittivity distribution based on the measurement of capacitance of which permittivity-temperature characteristic is confirmed. To promote the study, a measurement method involving changing the size of supplementary electrode plates has been proposed. The reconstruction of the temperature-change distribution of a brain-phantom using the proposed method is described
