In this paper, the character of total phosphorus release of Tang River Reservoir was studied in different temperatures, dissolved oxygen, PH, and disturbance conditions through indoor simulation experiment, so as to provide scientific basis for comprehensive treatment of Tang River Reservoir. Results show that the higher the temperature is, the larger the released quantity of total phosphorus; whether PH is raised or lowered, the total phosphorus emission all increased; Dissolved oxygen has great influence on the release of total phosphorus. Low dissolved oxygen can promote release of total phosphorus; Disturbance significantly increases the released quantity of total phosphorus.
