Abstract :
Summary form only given. It is known that, by poling ferroelectric polymers with a partly penetrating electron beam, one can obtain the residual polarization only in a definite controllable part of the volume. At the same time, the penetration depth and the profile of the polarization depend not only on parameters of the beam, but also on properties of the poled materials. In this work we compare polarization profiles in electron-beam poled PVDF and P(VDF-TFE) copolymer
