Water system is the most active, most dynamic parts in the modern urban. With the intensification of urban water pollution and water demand increases, the modern urban water system planning play an active role in optimal allocation of water resources, promote a virtuous circle of water systems and cities´ healthy development. In this paper, Xi´an International Port District as an example, introduced the basic situation of port areas, water features, on the basis of these researched the Port District water system planning, overall layout, water planning and water function zoning.
