Abstract
The article discusses the social issues in online education. When helping people to improve the learning environment, the Internet brings about lots of social issues, such as unfair access to education, cultural issues of the Internet in classrooms, un- adapted educational system, un-comprehensive development of learners, and loss of rights and so on. Several measures can be adopted for solving the social problems, including establishing the correct value orientation, intensifying the humanistic care of law, enhancing the humanistic care of ethic, and improving the learners´ information literacy.
