The planning and preparation of a major technical review are discussed. The preparation stage consists of setting the review dates, preparing the agenda, selecting presenters, preparing visual aids, dry runs, and allocating seating and alternative arrangements. The stages of conducting the review and follow-up activities are briefly discussed
