  • Abstract
    The article is about induction of apoptosis in human hepatoma HepG2 cells by myricetin (MYR). The human hepatoma HepG2 cells was treated with different doses myricetin for 72 h. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by SRB assay, apoptosis-related alterations in morphology ascertained by cytochemical staining(Hoechst 33258) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The cell cycle and apoptotic rate were quantified by flow cytometry (FCM).
