Abstract
The author summarizes the overall process used by AT&T to manage information release. Each AT&T entity has a TIPC or Technical Information Protection Coordinator. A corporate-wide database enables the TIPC to perform many functions, including inputting information concerning the articles to be reviewed, requesting the opportunity to review another entity´s documents, and updating clearance histories. The implementation of the system is discussed, and its benefits are highlighted
