Abstract
This study aims to explore innovation model of mobile cloud services based on the perspective of five-dimensional model of mobile cloud service. The findings are suggested as follows. 1. The benefit of MCaaS can be enhanced by integrating IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS; 2. Community and MCaaS are independent systems in mobile device services; 3. Due to IaaS resource commitment, the customer stickiness on the community system and MCaaS is promoted; 4. MDaaS shows a balancing service development, but the community services of MCaaS are insufficient for customers in telecom industry.
