    Notice of Retraction

    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

    The combination mode of ´source controlling(concentration) -sewage interception(conduction)-recycling´ is put forward to solve the above problems of rural nonpoint source pollution, such as a wide range of space-time, great uncertainty, mixed up ingredients and processes, unmanageable, and generate resources from wastes. The model includes biogas purification recycling, pound purification recycling, constructed wetland purification recycling etc. three patterns. It not only brings environmental benefits, but also produces notable economic benefits. It could remove more than 56%COD and TP, nearly 68%TN, NH4+-N and NO3--N, 82% NO2--N. Economic benefits have increased by almost 50% to 300,000 Yuan in 2010.
