Effective sponsor communications in the 1980s

The authors discuss communication through viewgraphs and techniques to ensure timely viewgraph preparation. In the methodology discussed, the agenda forms the basis for the front matter, the action items and meeting minutes are restructured to provide both a record of the design review and a working paper for subsequent meetings, and the (now paginated) hard copies of the viewgraphs may be either part of the body or back matter. As a minimum, the program report will be essentially a supplement to the original design review package, and will include only copies of viewgraphs that require revision
