  • Abstract
    European regulators, organised under the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER), have just published the ldquo4th CEER Benchmarking Report on Quality of Electricity Supplyrdquo. This paper introduces the contents and describes some of the main findings of this report, which is based on detailed information collected from 27 European countries.
