Abstract
Cooperation between health care professionals is essential for the quality of care. Workflow systems could improve the transfer of information and responsibilities between health care actors. To manage the whole cooperation system-connection of the actors, security, coordination-a modular system is required. New Internet technologies could anchor information exchange through distributed applications, easy to use with well-known interfaces
