Coagulation process using poly aluminum chloride (PAC) was employed as the turbidity and phosphorus removal method for industry wastewater in this paper. Factors such as solution pH coagulant dosage and solution temperature that influence turbidity and phosphorus removal were experimentally tested. The results showed that the optimum dosage coagulant was 8mg/L when the pH = 7, this dosage was best for phosphorus removal, and turbidity removal rate could be reached over 90%; In the pH value 4-8 range when dosage coagulant was 8mg/L, phosphorus removal was the best when pH=6, while turbidity removal also could be reached over 88%, but different pH on effluent turbidity removal rates and phosphorus removal rates was not consistent; Under optimal pH value and dosage of coagulant conditions, the phosphorus removal rate and the turbidity removal rate was consistent. They both go up with the increasing temperature.
