Abstract :
This research developed a medical record database in a patient-oriented manner. The database accommodated complete patient information for permanent archives and efficient reference. Because the patient data are integrated completely, the benefit is not only in research or education, but also when patients are transferred around the local healthcare network and the whole hospital shares the medical resources
