Abstract :
Telemedicine and tele-pathology denote delivering medical diagnoses and health care to distant patients. It is a primary requirement that doctors should be provided with sufficiently high-quality patient images for carrying out effective diagnoses. As an alternative method to meet this requirement, we chose to cover the entire field of patient site with several frames of image, and to automatically compose a wide field of view and high resolution image of patient from these frames by using the computer techniques for generating digital image mosaics
