  • Abstract
    On account of the resource-based theory, 88 new ventures have been sampled for the empirical research, the three relations of the government intervention, resource acquisition and new venture performance are tested, thus draws a conclusion: (1) the influence of the government intervention on the new venture performance is not significant; (2) the new venture´s resource acquisition and its performance is significantly positive correlation; (3) the government intervention to the new venture´s financial resources acquisition has negative significant influence; (4) when resource acquisition is introduced as a intervening variable, government intervention has significant effect on venture performance.
