Abstract :
This paper is aimed at the proposal of a structure for the comprehensive platform for analysis and warning of power grid. The emphasis is placed on the illustrating the function and structure, as well as the algorithm of the platform. The platform can integrate the dispatching systems widely used, including EMS, OMS, Scheduling Plan System, Lightning Location System, Waterpower Scheduling Automation System, WAMS and Weather Information Management System, etc. It can improve the dispatching automation technology and the dispatchers´ ability, and make the operation risk of power system predictable, appreciable and controllable.
