Abstract :
Cloud computing, as the most emerging service model, and SaaS (Software as a Service), as currently the most popular cloud computing services, have received wide attention from academia and industry. In this paper, empirical research has been done on key factors influencing the enterprises technology adoption of SaaS by expanding classic TOE Model (Technology-Organization-Environment) and with enterprises as the object of study. According to the result of data analysis of 92 questionnaires by using SPSS and PLS, it was found that task-technology fitness and technology-organization compatibility of technical factors have significant influence on enterprise users´ intention to use SaaS; executives´ attitudes of organizational factors have significant influence on enterprise users´ intention to use SaaS; of environmental factors, government policy has significant influence on enterprise users´ intention to use SaaS, however, competition intensity has no significant influence on users´ intention.
