Abstract
Optimal partnerships can strengthen productivity and reduce costs for the business. Here we present a case study of the successful development of an educational partnership between industrial collaborators and university researchers. For industrial and academic organizations considering a similar approach, this paper identifies a development methodology to align people and organizational strategies in support of achieving electrical safety
