Abstract :
Understanding the interaction between individual development and group evolution has essential importance in education, psychology, economics and other social science fields. In order to simulate and analyze the complex social phenomenon effectively, a mathematical model is constructed firstly based on a reasonable combination of the CA theory and some related social psychology theory. Then a large number of experiments have been performed to simulate the evolution process of various groups. Based on statistical analysis of experimental data, we mainly discussed how the evolution of a group is affected by the initial percentage of good members, the distribution of different types of members and the interaction level of the group. At the same time, some related conclusions are drawn in this paper.
