Abstract :
Network Collaborative Technology has been putting in a more and more important position over the past decade. It achieved people early dream that working and researching simultaneously in different places. The Role-based Access Control mechanism provided a very good support for the Secure Access Control in the development of network cooperation. In this paper, the Network Collaborative Environment and the Role-based Access Control are elaborated systematically, and the application of RBAC in the Network Collaborative Environment as well. At the same time, a popular application in Network Collaborative Environment, called Network manufacturing, is analyzed. Security issues become prominent increasingly today. The security communication of Network Collaborative Environment is also threatened. With such a development background, the Access Control technology, which plays an important role in the security and defense, develops very fast. The RBAC technology is a typical representative among them. It has provided a good technical support for the access control in actual coordination application. This article emphasizes the theoretical argument, and with some detailed diagrams and application examples, which is referable and easy to understand.
