Abstract :
The systems level design community is currently examining solutions and problems presented by a heterogeneous modeling language. This paper describes the basic semantics of the proposed systems level design language and in particular dwells on the facet construct and its semantics. Examples are provided to demonstrate the features and utility of the approach
