Abstract
In this paper, evolutionary games theory is proposed to analysis the key problems in the cooperation/competition situation within auto marketing channel, thus concludes: the system evolutionary direction is relative with paying matrix. Especially essential factors are original cost, cooperation margins and discount gene. Therefore certain solutions should be adopted in order to enhance and consummate cooperation management in auto marketing channels.
