Identifying software quality factors for telecommunication industry in Malaysia

In rapid growth of software development particularly in telecommunication industry today, companies are competing to produce software which are claimed to be good and fulfill user´s expectation. Thus software quality becomes the importance phase in the software development to make sure the high quality of the produced software. To measure the software quality, the most important thing to be identified is the software quality factors in telecommunication. In identifying the software quality factors, three distinctive but connected areas of interest that represent dimension of performance have to be considered, which are economic dimension, social dimension and technical dimension.
