From the viewpoint of consumers, the flexible, reliable and intelligent electrical energy delivery system (FRIENDS) can be summarized as a multiple menu service. There are several possible configurations to realize the multiple menu service. It is also possible for consumers to enjoy the multiple supplier service through FRIENDS.
