In this study, a novel method for making stable and high dissolved ozone in water and its application in air purification was developed. In this method, wheel-towing could transfer ozone generated by ultraviolet into water from up to down with the percent of 100% or nearly 100%. It could remove ammonia, formaldehyde, PM10, bacteria and fungi in indoor air with very high efficiency. The results also showed that this method could humify the air and make no second pollution. It would become a promising method for solving the air pollution problem.
