Abstract
The paper proposes the conversion from z-domain to discrete frequency j lambda domain, the basic concept of discrete oscillation index Md, the dynamic synthesis of second order astatic digital following systems and the application of Md in dynamic synthesis of heading control for an undersea robot.<>
