Abstract
Two novel constant transconductance reference circuits are proposed in this paper. They are more stable as the temperature or supply voltage varies over a wide range. Their operation principles are analyzed in detail, and their performances are given out in comparison with the traditional circuit, the temperature coefficient, and the voltage coefficient. This work provides more alternate approaches for different applications and different requirements.
