The research on the adsorption characters of Cu2+ and Pb2+ on the sediments in Tanghe reservoir was done in this paper. Under the condition of different initial concentration, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and disturbance, the change of adsorption was discussed. The results showed that the higher initial concentration and the temperature, the greater the adsorption capacity of sediments to Cu2+ and Pb2+; the adsorption decreased with increasing dissolved oxygen concentration; the adsorption capacity of sediment on Cu2+ in disturbance conditions was lower than in normal conditions; but for Pb2+, it was opposite.
