Abstract :
The study focus on the diamond wire sawn wafers made by different diamond size. Wafer quality and surface/microstructure investigation are made in as-cut wafer level. Then, all wafers are continuing to finish the cell process. Reflection ratio also checked during cell process. The diamond size is higher, the wafer quality and surface and microstructure are worse, but the performance of cell is more likely to normal slurry sawn wafers.
