  • Abstract
    During digital image deblurring, a priori knowledge of blurred image is incorporated into regularization to adoptively adjust the global regularization parameter for better preserving the edge in the image and suppressing ringing effects. So the weighting matrix in the spatial domain is constructed by calculating the gradient amplitude of each pixel based on Abdou operator with the consideration of human visual system. It equals that all pixels in the image are processed with different regularization parameter when the weighting matrix is applied to the solution. The final step is to solve the problem by the method of Conjugate Gradient. Compared with the method proposed by Lagendijk which is based on local variance, algorithm based on Abdou operator is feasible and quite simple with good deblurring results.
