Abstract :
Prospective authors are requested to submit new, unpublished manuscripts for inclusion in the upcoming event described in this call for papers. The IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Signal Processing Society, and the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society are pleased to announce the launch of a new journal: IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (WCL), in 2012. WCL will publish timely, novel and high-quality recent results on Wireless Communications in letter format, i.e., 4 pages maximum.
