In this paper, two kinds of fluoride-contaminate soils, fluvo-aquic soil and paddy soil, were cultivated by phosphate fertilizer. Then, the effect of main components in phosphate fertilizer on the various fluoride species in the cultivated soil was studied by sequential extraction method, and the effect of them on soil pH was also studied. After adding these fertilizers, the pH value of soil would decreased first and then increased, bioavailability fluoride were leached are different after using different kinds of phosphate fertilizer; some mechanisms of action between phosphate fertilizer and test soil were discussed in the paper.
