Abstract :
Gasoline production is a very complex process, and it is the integration of such streams as materials, funds, energy and information, which determines the requirement of CIPS computer integration process system). Compared to CIMS computer integration manufacturing system), the framework of CIPS for gasoline production is presented in this paper, which lays a foundation for the refinery informatics work. How to establish the optimization models for planning & scheduling applied in the CIPS is the main topic of this paper. The models make refinery avoid the blindness in the gasoline production and realize the advantage of planning & scheduling of the gasoline production CIPS. A simple case study at Daqing refinery shows the feasibility of the models as a viable tool at the end of the article.
